Not illustrated. Green cloth, spine & upper board titled in black. Front hinge cracked. Sticker to front end-paper. Spotting to edges and end-papers. A reading copy only. Lacks dust-wrapper. A nice anthology of short fishing tales drawn from the writings of William Caine, Stephen Gwynn, Sir George Aston, Shelland Bradley, Andrew Lang, E.H. Blakeney, Horace G. Hutchinson, Bulwer Lytton, Izaak Walton. The editor included two stories under his own name and one under a pen-name, Arthur N. Timony. .
