Title translates as "Report to the National Convention by the Special Committee." Written by Dufriche-Valaze. This is an early imprint of the Convention. Printed in French (of course). The Convention Nationale was formed during the French Revolution, serving from 1792 to 1795. It was charged with putting the King on trial and with writing a Constitution for post-Revolutionary France. I have several more small imprints from the Convention in other listings, as well.
