Her…father was a hereditary Mohawk chief of mixed ancestry and her mother was an English immigrant. 279 pages portraits (on lining papers); 23 cm. Book is bright and clean. Unmarked except for a previous owner's name/date to the front endpaper. The unclipped dustjacket is also bright and clean showing only slight top edge wear.
