Another scarce volume of early English plays (please see our catalogue no on ABE 003628 for a matching volume, ) Bound in full calf some damage to the leather general wear and some tears spine shows it is split in the middle but strings are holding hinges starting but holding well gilt title and embelishments to the compartments faded to almost gone strips of leather missing on the boards not but still too bad with polish on. First play the funeral by Sir Richard Steele 93pp. Next the Gentleman Dancing Master 1735 by Mr Congreve, 118 pp. next the Double Dealer by Mr Congreve 1735, 107pp. Lastly the Relapse or viture in danger by SirnJohn Vanbrugh 1740, Sir John Vanbrugh Designed Blenham palace 206pp. all with an epligue all with an engraved frontise plate all comedys.
