Hardcover. First Edition, First Printing. pp. 288. 4to., measuring 28 cm. Publisher's elaborate, textured, ivory-cloth over boards, raised navy-blue lettering to the front board, pictorial endpapers. Richly illustrated with many black-and-white photographs, portraits, illustrations, facsimiles, charts, tables, et al. Many period regional and national advertisements. No detectable flaws to the extremities, very gently ex-library with accession stamps to the endpapers, and title page only, otherwise, text-block entirely without blemish with bright, clean, and unmarked pages and firm, sound binding; near fine. Exceptionally scarce in commerce, our offering being the only extant copy available at time of cataloguing. Corresponds to OCLC #224201388. Text in Ukrainian and English.
