Softcover. vbm (illustrator). Illustrated wrap. 32 pp, illustrations and laid-in original silkscreen by Arcay after a bookbinding from 1927 by Sophie Taeuber-Arp. Text in French. Color insert of artwork. Contemporary Art Review. Series 4 - No. 8. Featured articles: Theo Van Daesburg; L'aubette de Strasbourg; Interview with de M. Mario Pedrosa; Hommage a Francis Picabia; La Situation siciale et economique de l'artiste; Le group Espace; L'art et la Technique: Herbin, Poliakoff et Pevsner; Expositions (Kandinsky, Le Corbusier, Dewasne, others). Profusely illustrated with BW photographs, less than average age-toning. Altogether a very nice example complete with tthe silkscreen. Cover design is by Jean Dewasne. VG-, slight wear along edges,pencilled price on extreme upper right corner of front cover, light dampstaining along the outer-spine and extending .5" into covers (more evident on front cover than rear).
