Circa 1930's (there is no date of publication stated); Librairie Dubois et Poulain; Montpellier, France. The volumes con…tains in-text drawings and photographs. VOLUME I: Le Raisin / Les Vinifications ("The Grape" / "The Winemaking"). VOLUME II: Le Vin / Sa Composition, Ses Maladies, Sa Conservation ("The Wine" / "Its Composition, Its Disease, Its Conservation"). Condition: Both volumes have tanning along the perimeter of the covers, and along the spines. Each has "13 Oct 1956" stamped in ink at the top-left corner; Vol II also has "Flowers Breweries" stamped in ink at the top edge. There is a thin strip of white tape along the front hinge of Vol I securing the front cover to the text block. Most (if not all) pages within both volumes are still attached along the top edge. Each volume has a bit of light pencil writing at the top edge. The front end papers of Vol I has a 1" tear at the top edge. Overall in Good condition.
