Five Essays in French from the end of the 18th Century: "Essai sur les Causes qui, en 1649, Amenerent en Angleterre L'Establissement de la Reublique;" "Lettre auc Auteur Juifs d'un memoire adresse a Mr. Teller; Orojet D'Adresse, etc. etc.;" "Substance d'un Discours Prononce par Lord Auckland, dans la Chambre des Pairs le mardi 8 Janvier, 1799;" "Courte & Libre Exposition des Faits, Preuves et Raisons, demontrant Que le Bouleversement de tous les Etats Civilises est inevitable." Part four is a speech about income tax, by William Eden, Lord Auckland. The last, anonymous, essay is about French politics and government in the Revolutionary Period. French text.
