Signed First Day Cover, 6½" X 3½", cancelled at the United Nations in New York on 17 March 1967 and with "First Day of Issue" stamped. Four 1.5-cent "Nations Unies / United Nations" stamps at upper right. Handsome printed Art Craft "1½ cent United Nations Definitive Issue" decorative cachet at left; no distracting recipient's name/address present. Near fine.
