Il en a publié une grande partie sous forme ronéotée. Ce fascicule contient la partie du journal de Léopold concernant le mariage de sa soeur Charlotte avec Maximilien d'Autriche, futur et éphémère emprereur du Mexique. Il est complété par de nmbreuses pièces de correspondance adressées à Léopold au sujet de ce mariage. Cette édition ne contient pas de facsimilés.
