Text pages clean and unmarked. Two volumes were from separate sets originally. Vol. 1 printed in Mexico in 1778, Vol. 2 in Valencia in 1775.

Ex-library with labels on endpapers. Endpapers and title pages have some inking. index to vol. 2 detached from binding but still inside book. Leather binding secure but stained with fading, scuffing, bumped corners and tears to extremes. Vellum binding stained and discoloured with broken ties and a partial detachment from front hinge.
