Each chapter is introduced by the authors and followed up with photos, which are all captioned (Chapters include Industry, Financing, The Folks Back Home, Grand Rapids Transformed, etc.). No indication of the edition--probably a first edition. This is a nice clean, tight and unmarked book in the publisher's original blue cloth binding. There is some wear to the top edge of the rear cover; there are no interior or exterior markings, no previous owner names, and no bookplates. The dust jacket has a tear and crease to the rear panel and to the top at the spine (probably from improper storage, else it is iin decent, useful condition. ; B&W Photographs; 4to 11" - 13" tall; 121 pages.
