Tight hardcover in fair condition. 4to. 160pp. Cloth boards with large multicolor illustration of 2 men, 1 woman, and a boy in the foreground gardening on a mountainous decline with other large tree filled and white snowy mountains in the background on the front & back board with large bright yellow lettering on the front board. The backstrip is bright yellow with black lettering. Lots & lots of black & white photographs throughout text. The cream endpapers have a large deep orange & deep brown colored map of Switzerland with topographic highlights as well as other illustrations, Book is tight. This book is an ex-school library copy with stamps of school name, reference stickers, scan stickers, card pocket, date due stamp sticker, etc. The boards have some wear & edgewear with deeply bumped corners with fraying. The backstrip has a little soiling, wear, & deeper edgewear with fraying on the top & bottom. The illustrations and lettering on the boards & backstrip are bright & colorful. Someone wrote in ink a small list of page numbers on the inside of the front cover. The ffep hinge has preventative clear tape. The leaves are in good condition with no markings.
