In 8 (cm 17 x 23), pp. 62 + (2b). Lunga dedica autografa manoscritta dell'Autore al frontespizio. Si acclude inoltre lettera manoscritta dell'Autore, datata 3 giugno IX,Âdi 3 facciate su carta intestata della Federazione Provinciale Fascista di Frosinone. Rara opera di Aurelio Vitto, gerarca fascista nato a Cassino nel 1906, e morto nel 1941. Fu segretario provinciale del G.U.F. e membro del Direttorio generale. Fu segretario della federazione provinciale di Frosinone del PNF dal 1934 al 1940. In quest'opera apologetica celebra il Fascismo come apportatore di 'incorruttibile unita' spirituale' nello sfacelo del mondo moderno definendo lo Stato fascista come uno Stato di tipo corporativo nel quale tutti i conflitti devono dissolversi.
