Catalogue of a 2009 exhibition of the work of this native Rhode Island street photographer. Carmel Vitullo was born in Providence in 1925. She attended RISD and the New York… Institute of Photography. She is known for her photographs of the 1957 Newport Jazz Festival and the people and neighborhoods of her native state. One of her photographs was included in The Family of Man exhibition in 1955. A very good copy with some light rippling to the spine. Signed by Author(s).
