Gathered signatures in laminated printed card stock cover. Minor shelf wear, ed…ge wear, age toning to the cover, which is predominantly white; lamination is beginning to life at the spine. Binding is noticeably cocked, but remains sound. Pages are also lightly age toned but clean and unmarked.

Shatalov, at the age of 14 started to lose the use of his legs but still went on to university, to educate and write. Soviet literature with a propaganda twist.
