The 'iconoclasm' that followed was unparalleled in scope and had a huge range of applications - from advertising and religion to journalism and art. The Dutch Lithography Museum in Valkenswaard displays not only all types of lithographic printing, but also the technique that made them possible. Since 2001, the museum has been caring for the preservation of this graphic heritage. It is a musée vivante, a living museum, with many attractions.
