Disbound, first and last pages are moderately soiled, internally VG with no foxing. Dr. Amos Binney, (1803-1847), was the author of TERRESTRIAL MOLLUSKS OF THE UNITED STATES, which appeared in two or three volumes. This is a continuation of that work by his son, who also published two volumes on the subject.
