Slight creases, rubbing and browning to wrappers (chiefly at top edges); else a near fine copy internally. [8] pages (including wrappers; unpaginated). Upper wrapper title. Notable first issue of the bimonthly publication of Triangle Lithograph, chiefly for the detailed interior shots of downtown Los Angeles' famous Bradbury Building (in particular the wide-angle gatefold photograph), all reproduced in '200-line screen, double-black duographs' (page [7]). Single map, printed recto only. Color lithographic folding map pasted to inside rear wrapper. Map: 19-5/8" x 18-3/8" Moderate wear to covers (rubbing and creasing to edges). Map edgeworn, with previous tape repair to upper left-hand corner. Withal, a Good+ example. Now housed in a clear archival mylar sleeve.

30.5 by 27 inches. Very Good. Small half-inch squared piece missing, lower center. Edges frayed. Lacking top roller. Attractively age toned. We find no reference to this map, but circa 1890's.
