This the first volume of Walker's journal, containing issues No. I [Wednesday, May 20, 1835] through No. XXVI [Wednesday, Nov. 11, 1835]. Slight lean, with spine panel a bit darkened. Title label with some chipping to edges. Front hinge paper professionally restored. Modest bit of foxing. Withal, a solid VG copy, of an uncommon green paper binding. Original publisher's green patterned paper boards, with printed paper title label to spine 1st volume edition (Goldsmith 37604 & 29369 [for the 2nd Edition]).
