Add to basketCondition: Fine. Walpole Champneys (illustrator). An original pen, ink, gouache and watercolour drawing of, 'Three Figures In An Urban Landscape', circa 1930. 125 mm x 140 mm (image size) with printed label verso, 'Walpole Champneys 1879 - 1961 Design and Drawings'. Champneys was influenced by both Cubism and Surrealism, and it is suggested that the stylisation of industrial buildings and chimneys, which are present in this drawing, was an influence derived from 'European Poster Art'. Mounted in conservation board. In excellent condition.
