As with previous publications by Warnatsch, the practical aspects of woodworking are adhered to. Next to classrooms it includes teacher's lounges and offices. Experience gathered in Germany's recent past and defined in administrative regulations are incorporated, particularly when it comes to dimensions of school desks and furniture. Technical drawings and the introductory text provide useful guidelines for the design of classrooms, including the treatment of wood.
