Weiler, who taught Sanskrit at Columbia and the University of Pennsylvania, and whose name is inscribed to front free fly. This copy is nearly a re-translation of the text by Weiler; neatly annotated in English and Sanskrit, with an extra index of notations supplied by Weiler.
