Two works bound together: (1) Bourdon, Éléments d'Arithmétique, 25th ed., revised, corrected and enlarged, Brussels 1853; (2) Wezel, Géométrie Élémentaire (Cours de Mathématiques, 3rd part), 4th ed., partly revised and enlarged, Louvain 1851. Bourdon was Knight of the Légion d'Honneur, Inspector General of Studies and examiner for admission to the French Royal Polytechnic, Military, Naval and Forestry Schools. Wezel was Doctor of Sciences and Professor of Higher Mathematics at the Athénée of Antwerp. 592g.
