Hardcover. Condition: Good. 1,182pp, xxxvi, various colour maps (one fold-out). Later binding of half-bound brown leather tan cloth-covered boards, gilt titles on spine; marbled endpapers. 12mo. Lightly rubbed corners and spine ends, leather rubbed through at corners. Text block edge tanned; affecting page margins. Lender's stamps on front endpapers, copyright page and verso of fold-out map. Internally neat, clean and tight.
