First three books of romantic love poetry by this African-American author and successful entrepreneur, who is also the father of two-time Pulitzer Prize-winning author Colson Whitehead (whose full name is Arch Colson Chipp Whitehead). We have seen one set in a slipcase, but do not know if all copies were issued as a slipcased set. Very scarce.
