Ein Franz Adam Maria von Wicka wird 1726 also oberösterreichischer Regierungsrat erwähnt (Johann Heinrich Zedler, Universal-Lexikon aller Wissenschafften und Künste, Band 25, Halle und Leipzig, 1748, Sp. 1687).
