Full-Leather Morroco. Condition: Near Fine. illustrated with numerous engravings (illustrator). 1st Edition. A superb first edition set of two volumes bound in contemporary dark blue leather, spine with raised bands gilding to the bands and gilt title blind decorative ruling to front and rear boards dark green eps some scribbling by a child on the front eps some light foxing through out as usual. Vol 1 327pp. Vol 2 343pp. A hand written not at rear ep giving advice and notes about Maxwell dated 1838.
