A long letter discussing an attempted murder trial he is offering a testament of the person accused, the details of the attempted murder, the sentence that could be applied and the state of the constabulary in his areas with suggestions for corrections. William Disney, 1731-1807 was an English clergyman and academic, and one of the critics of Edward Gibbon. Size is 230mm x 185mm. In good condition. Age toned and light folding creases. Ref 18812. Signed by Author(s).
