The 11th Ohio Volunteer Infantry started in Western Virginia in the Kanawha Campaign, then fought in the Army of the Potomac thru January 1863. After the 11th Ohio went west with the Army of the Cumberland and held a key part of the line at Chickamauga. They fought is Chattanooga and started the Atlanta Campaign, however, the regiments's time being up at Resaca. The book was written for the family of Colonel Lane after he died. Good+ copy of this rare work. No dust jacket, three fold out maps. Dark red with small gilt letters on the spine. Back hinge starting. 296 pages.
