We were unable to find any references to this book ever having been published. The typescript measures 8.5" x 11", 66 pages. The typescript is in good condition. Minor wear to the pages edges, with some dog-eared corners. The pages are lightly toned but clean and bright. The autobiography contains the following chapters: I. The Triad Roles, II.
