Chipping at the bottom of the spine where there is a half-inch tear next to the front cover and there is a crease across the front cover. The page edges are browned with some spotting. Browning to the pages with a book store stamp at the bottom of the first page and light spotting at the front and back but the pages are otherwise unmarked. Includes 1978, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989 (Washington Centennial Issue), 1990, 1992, 1993, and 1994 (25th Anniversary Issue). History, pioneers, family histories, and more about this county which is located in the far northeastern corner of Washington state, near the U.S.-Canada border. Originally inhabited by the Kalispell tribe, it was one of the last counties in Washington to be settled. Much of the contents focuses on late 1800s and early 1900s. Many vintage photographic illustrations, maps. Softcovers, 9x12 inches. According to the contents pages, the publication was inspired by Stuart Bradley's efforts to continue an annual gathering of pioneer stories for publication -- and many of the issues are signed by Bradley at the top of the contents page, with a short dedication and date. Softcover, 9x12 inches, 50-70 pages. Good condition, all tightly bound, many of the covers have some light toning.
