It was first published in 1705 and then expanded in further editions. This edition includes the Reflections of the Baptist theologian John Gale against infant baptism (1711) and Wall's subsequent reply. Bookplate of Cecil Edward St. Lawrence Leslie (1843-1930), who lived at and inherited the family estate of Corravahan House in Drung, County Cavan, Ireland. He was educated at Oxford and graduated from Christ Church in 1861. His father Charles Leslie and grandfather John Powell Leslie each served the Church of Ireland as Bishop of Kilmore, Elphin and Ardag. …
