The author Cora May Williams graduated from Smith College in 1883. In 1897 she translated into English Ernst Mach's The Analysis of Sensations, and the Relation of the Physical to the Psychical. She was also a contributor to this book--Our Society: a Complete Treatise of the Usages that Govern the Most Refined Homes and Social Circles. Our Moral, Social Physical and Business Culture--which was published in 1891.…
