40x87 cm. (though 2 of the 9 sheets are 40x110 cm., one other is 40x100 cm.) 9 sheets on coated surveyor's paper with manuscript cross-section plans for improvements on Riverside Drive on the northwestern coast of Manhattan island. The nine sheets are joined by contemporary fasteners at the right side. The plans delineate the existing width and situation of the roadway as well as proposed construction. The work was to include sidewalks, trees, and a bridle path. The plans all have different dates from September to November, 1909. One element not apparent on the plans is an indication on any of these plans of the north/south location of the cross-sections. Each sheet is numbered, with the sheets running consecutively from N4600 to N5300 (with N4750 added). It is possible that there was a master sheet which pinned down the precise locations of these sheets, but that is not present here.
