Unique handwritten ledger from all land purchases in Worcester County in 1902 of individuals and businesses with sur or business names E to K inclusive. Column headings from left to right of 2 opened pages: Number, Date of Reception, Grantees, Grantors, Book, Page, Character of Instrument, City or towns where land lies, Description. Original indices were bound and covered with a burlap printed pseudo dust jacket with matching marbled paper cards which revealed a 3/4 leather binding when removed. Salvaged burlap cover washed and constructed into a cover with original marbled flaps but is now easily removable. Oversize: 12lbs before packaging; will quote to destination.…
