Hoping to "act as a vehicle for the propogation and dissemination of views on the Caribbean in the area of politics, culture, economics, literature and social thought, shaping sensibilities, giving direction and allowing for the largest possibility of divergence of views", the magazine appears to have put forth one volume in three issues.
