Senate. 50th congress, 2d Session. Mic. Doc. No. 39. A piece addressing the US Senate, asserting that the Dakota Territory should be split in half, with the northern portion becoming North Dakota. The undersigners cite population, agriculture numbers and other factors. North Dakota and South Dakota both became states in late 1889. GOOD condition. Chipping, tearing and creasing along the extremities. Moderate toning.
