Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. Neat little stapled pamphlet of magic tricks circa 1914. Written by Yelma, the manager of Hamley's Magical Palace from 1911-1915. Contains bookplate from former owner. Book opens flat. Cover slightly loose, but binding otherwise tight.

Condition: very good. Red pictorial wrappers, illustrated, 57 pages plus two leaves adverts at rear. Mild wear to spine, pages toned. Very good.

With the bookplate of the late Christopher Brinson, a collector of books on magic, researcher and author of works on magic (Arcady Press). The bookplate shows a sphinx with pyramids in the background and conjuring tools in the foreground including a magic wand. Inked lining on pp 58-59, with a new stamp on the title page from The Magic Circle Library, otherwise sound, very good.
