Add to basketHardcover. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. Illustrated Edition. Early Grosset & Dunlap reprint edition of Kate Douglas Wiggin's beloved classic Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm, originally published in 1903. This copy retains its rare original illustrated dust jacket, featuring artwork by F.C. Yohn. Bound in green cloth…(beneath the jacket), title page with floral vignette, copyright page stating "Published October 1903." Dust jacket is fair with heavy edgewear, chipping, and tears; jacket spine panel shows soiling and losses at extremities. The book itself is good, with moderate foxing to preliminaries, light soiling to cloth edges, and slight spine lean. Interior pages are complete, clean overall, and legible with occasional age spots. Binding remains sound. Despite wear, the presence of the dust jacket makes this an uncommon survival and a charming example of an early 20th-century American children's classic. F.C. Yohn Illustrator (illustrator).
