It is inscribed to Dr. Sherman Wengerd by the author: "To Sherm Wengerd, with the good wishes of Walter Youngquist. It includes a note from Walt to Sherm: "Sherm, Thought you might perhaps want to put this in the book somewhere to show that the cover was authentic to a large extent. I sent the jacket designer a copy of the Kodachrome showing "home" on the Amazon. This print is made . . .that the original kodachrome too. --Walt."
