Condizioni biogeografiche e anthropiche (Volume 1), of anthropological and ethnographical interest, with many photos of people, tools, etc., as well as landscapes, geological observations and general chapters on birds, molluscs, etc.; Raccolte zoologiche, mostly on entomology, with many new species - in particular Coleoptera and Hemiptera - and birds, but also molluscs (including new species), Oligochaeta, ticks, etc. (Volumes 2 and 3; both very nicely illustrated); and Raccolte botaniche (Volume 4; with many page-sized illustrations of plants). First volume with the front hinge partly split near the top end; otherwise in near mint condition, clean and unmarked. Not in Nissen.
