Molto buono (Very Good). . . . Alberto Ziveri, pittore realista, fu uno dei rappresentanti della Scuola Romana. Autore di paesaggi urbani e di scene di realismo narrativo, tenne la sua prima mostra personale nel febbraio 1936 alla galleria della Cometa di Roma, presentato dal pittore e critico Roberto Melli. Sempre nl 1936 espose alla Biennale di Venezia e nel febbraio 1939 partecipò alla Quadriennale di Roma . Nel 1963-64 espone alla mostra Peintures italiennes d'aujourd'hui, organizzata in medio oriente e Nord Africa. Negli anni Settanta si consolida la sua affermazione in campo nazionale ed europeo; nel 1978 fu eletto accademico dell'Accademia pontificia dei Virtuosi al Pantheon e dell'Accademia del disegno di Firenze. La definitiva consacrazione di Ziveri si ebbe nel corso degli anni Ottanta. Nel 1983 uscì il catalogo generale delle incisioni, con il patrocinio dell'Accademia di S. Luca; l'anno dopo la Galleria nazionale d'arte moderna di Roma gli dedicò una grande mostra antologica. Book.
