It is relatively poor, if not very poor, in terms of infrastructure to educate, cultivate and entertain young people. The objective of this work is to analyse the impact of central government management on the contribution of TFPs specifically on the management of the Adjarra commune. The results show that the country's socio-political climate and the mode of resource management at the central level condition the contribution of partners and, at the same time, decentralized management. In the population studied, we found that one of the most complex moments for a homosexual man is recognizing his sexual attraction and orientation, as well as revealing it to others in his environment, making it a long and complex process.According to the experience of the participants, the family and society affect this process in a negative or positive way.
