Art / Print / Poster First Edition
Newspaper. [16p] folded underground tabloid newspaper, local ads, song lyrics from famous groups, poetry, essays, rants, illustrations, centerfold poster from vintage illustration, lightly-worn and toned else good on newsprint. A student underground newspaper from a collective at SUNY. Only one issue likely published and only one issue located in OCLC as of 9/2020 - maybe! The holding only states Abraxas and not Daily Planet which appears to be the title of the paper. No indication in the paper of issue number or date except that a call for contributions to the upcoming third issue is printed inside. Also there is a compliment on the first issue printed so this is likely #2. The discrepancy in publisher and location is that the contact info is for Dome 1 at SUNY in Oyster bay while the rear page contains an ad for Abrxas magazine (another one!) at State college New paltz. This appears to be the holding listed in OCLC so this is likely a different publication with no holdings located.
