Marked "restrictred" at time of issue. All copies issued on a need-to-know basis only, with wartime "espionage" warning stamp. Marked on front cover as "Copy No. 9". From the estate of a Douglas engineer who worked on the project. Between 1943 and 1945, 5354 C-47A Skytrains were produced at Douglas' Oklahoma City production plant.
