Hardcover, half leather and paper-covered boards, red leather spine label with gilt lettering (chipped), 9 x 5 3/4 inches, 158 pp. Moderate wear, erosion, staining/soiling, paper and leather of boards and spine. Previous owner's inkstamp and signature in multiple places. Moderate uniform browning of paper (but not brittle). Binding mildly shaken. One page (33/34) was apparently detached and glued back in by a previous owner, with obscuring of a small amount of text at the gutter of page 35. Local laws of Arizona, California, Colorado, Dakota, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah and Wyoming. Copp was an attorney in Washington, D.C.
