The fact is, that if war comes, these bombs will be used" - "It cannot be too clearly understood that in an atomic war mistakes cannot be remedied" - "The atom-bomb is a weapon of treachery; it could be planted in time of apparent peace in the hold of a ship as part of an innocent cargo and so detonated as to pin-point its target without warning."
