The jacket-designer, Brown, is best remembered for his series iconic posters produced for the London Underground. Octavo. Publisher's device and two bars of music notation to the title pa…ge. Original blue cloth, spine lettered in gilt, publisher's device to rear board in blind, in the F. Gregory Brown designed dust jacket. Spine rolled, edges foxed, sporadic light spotting mainly confined to front of volume. A very good copy in the tanned and slightly soiled dust jacket with a few short nicks and the price scored out in pencil.
