    Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. FORSTER, E. M. (Edward Morgan 1879-1970). Autograph note signed, dated 23 November 1932. Manuscript card, 120 x 90 mm, written in ink, headed Reform Club, S.W., and dated 23.11.32. Light creasing and minor handling marks, but overall very good. A brief note reading: "Dear Madam, Many thanks for so kindly sending me a copy of Lady Richard in the Larder: I look forward to reading it. Yours truly E. M. Forster." The work referred to is Lady Richard in the Larder (1932) by Constance Miles. A courteous note written by the author of A Room with a View and A Passage to India, together with a modern printed postcard portrait (after Dora Carrington). Signed by Author(s).
